The 2025-26 FAFSA will be released (hopefully) in or around October of 2024, in spite of difficulties last year. Improvements made to the system caused many delays, but they are aiming to get back on schedule this year.  In the meantime, this checklist from last year can help you be prepared.

When students don't #FillOutTheFAFSA, they leave money on the table. And with the updated form and fewer questions, many people can fill it out in as little as 10 minutes!
