For Seniors- Saving your Google Drive Files
In the summer, the Google Apps accounts of the most recent GBCS graduating class will be removed from the system. After this time, students will no longer have access to their school Google Drive accounts or any content contained in their Google Drive.
Items to be removed include but are not limited to:
- Items created using Google products (docs, sheets, slides, etc...)
- Items uploaded/saved to your GB Google Drive
- @gbstu Gmail accounts
Once these items/accounts are removed they cannot be recovered. If you have items in your Google Drive that you would like to keep, you must back them up prior to August 1st.
If you have data on your district Google Drive that you would like to keep, there are a few different ways to save the information...

Remember to save your data by August 1st. After that date, you will no longer be able to access your school accounts and your data will not be able to be recovered.
