Request Transcripts with Parchment
Students must create a Parchment account if they haven't already. You must request transcripts (even after graduation) through Parchment.
DO NOT USE YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL ADDRESS!
Be sure to use an email address you will keep beyond graduation, as you will need it to access your Parchment account every time you need to order a transcript. If you have created an account with your student email, it is strongly recommended that you change your email address on your account. Find account settings help here.
MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION MATCHES!
The three biggest things that will get your order canceled are:
- Name doesn't match
- Birth date doesn't match
- Wrong graduation date (make sure your leave year is the year you graduate)
If ANY of these do not match our records, your order will get canceled until you correct your account.

For problems logging in to your account, you will need to call Parchment at 1-847-716-3005.
Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed.
If the order is placed on a Friday, please allow until Monday for it to be processed. Occasionally, an order may take longer than 24 hours, but we try and stick within the 24-hour period. If you place an order, and it needs to be processed immediately, you MUST email Ms. McBride. There are no guarantees for last minute orders, but we will try our best to accommodate the request.
